Virtual Concierge

OK, so I reserved a room for tomorrow, got email. But for a change didn't get virtual concierge link in it. Is there a way to go to virtual concierge w/o link?

No idea. To me, its very hit or miss when I get them. It might be an option for a property to participate? The only constant I see is that I seem to get more of them when I book way out, say a week or more. I never seem to get them when booking close to arrival. But without hard evidence, I could be mistaken?

Usually, I don't get an email for the virtual concierge if my reservation is made less than 2 days in advance of arrival.

I am fairly certain it is property-specific and has nothing to do with when you book your stay. Just like some places have an amazing assortment of things from which to choose and others only seem to offer the platinum arrival gifts (for an exorbitant fee), I think the virtual concierge is something that individual hotels can choose to participate in or not.
