There is hope!Great Service at two FS properties

I revisited two properties this weekend.
The Renaissance Montura LAX and the Renaissance Aguora Hills.
The staff was polite, efficient and friendly.Thanked me for my loyalty to Marriott and recognized my gold status.

I was placed on the Club level at both properties and given breakfast coupons at the Aguora Hills property since their lounge is closed weekends,The lounge at the LAX property is open on weekends and has a nice spread for evening service and breakfast.

The rooms at both properties were flawless.Housekeeping and matainance were superb and the rooms looked great. The public areas and restaurants look great also.

The Aguora Hills property have new desks with great connectivity panels. Both propties have new flat panel tv's with a few HD channels.

I will be writing letters to the GM;s of both properties thanking them for taking the time to properly train their staff and for running such fine hotels.

Thumbs up

Great news. It's always good to hear about properties that get it right.

Which channels were available at the Ren LAX? I've stayed there twice in the last 3 weeks and did not notice that any HD channels were included.
