NO CL on Sun night?

NO CL on Sun night?
I rarely travel on Sun night; but when I do the CL has always been open in the evening. Checked in last evening, placed on CL due to Plat status...only no CL. Closed. Always closed all day on Sun.
Is this beginning to occur across the chain or an experience at this particular hotel?

I think it's pretty unique to only those hotels who don't have a lot of business travelers coming in on Sunday nights. The CL at the Marriott in Fremont, CA is not open on Sunday nights either, but they offer a complimentary appetizer in the Harvest Lounge on the Lobby Level.

Another pain is the CL being closed Sat/Sun mornings and MR doesnt give a free continental breakfast in its restaurants like SPG does.
