Stapleton, CO Courtyard Marriott?

Anyone stayed at this place?

I usually stay in Westminster but need to be closer to where I'm working (Commerce City). I know that Stapleton can be hit or miss and would like some opinions.

I have stayed at that Courtyard and it is nothing special, probably about average for a Courtyard, maybe slightly below average. The hotel is older and is right by the interstate, I don't think that they have put any money into it since the airport moved out. I think Marriott has some other properties in the Stapleton area but I'm not sure which ones, somebody will know.

There's a Renaissance one block away and on the other side of the street from the CY.

Also, there is a Marriott at the intersection of I-70 and Pena Boulevard (the road from DIA).
