the LPR rate does not require an ID...but it is only good on a 6/7 night stay. if you are only staying 4; the rate you have is better.

check the rate rules! Some LPR rates do require an ID. I agree that most don't, but I have seen it. I'd try it regardless; LNF might still work

LNF is NOT going to work when it states quite clearly that a 6 night stay is REQUIRED and she is only going to stay 4!
It has nothing to do with ID, she does not meet the base requirements of the comparison rate, which is the entire premise of LNF.

If you can confirm the four nights at that rate, that will be good enough for the LNF-claim - no matter if it says six nights minimum in the rate rules.

Its definitely worth sticking a claim in as there is nothing to lose if it fails. However, the mention in the Rate Rules of 'Valid ID Required' (even though it doesn't specify exactly what ID is required) leads me to believe the claim will be rejected.

I finally checked the LPR myself, and yes, this one is doomed to fail since the ID-required clause in the LPR-rate. That said my statement was only related to the fact that it is a "stay six, get seventh free" rate and the actual stay is only four nights. You won't get that free night, of course, but the fact it's only four nights won't prohibit such a rate to be used for a LNF-claim...
