Can't find any non-voucher sites for the Renaissance Aruba Resort for 9/3-9/5/14

Rate is 562 .. any ideas/hints?

Any help would be appreciated - Springhill Suites NYC Midtown/Fifth Avenue.

4 nights: 4th - 8th December.

4th-7th @ $399 USD p/n
7th-8th @ $199 p/n

Can find a cheaper rate in £, but above dollar rates exclude tax, whereas the UK £ sites include it, which is being kicked back at me for some reason.

Looking for a good rate on a 2 Queen beds room at the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Midtown East. Dates can be anything from late September to October (looking to stay a week). May not be possible seems prices are very high this year - in the $400s.

explain to them the pound rate includes tax; I usually then calcuate the pre-tax price for them based on Marriott.com and generally fon't have any issues with this ... try again.

Can anyone tell me how a site that lists a room as "run of the house" impacts a LNF claim? Is it safe to assume that if I book the lowest available room at marriott.com that I can safely match to a "run of the house" rate?

I once did one where the room descriptions were not quite matching. They declined. I emailed back explaining that I previously stayed at that hotel and that they were the exact lowest level room. They then accepted my claim.

It depends on whether that's the truth perhaps?

I've only seen that rate at Fairfields and such. There I think it simply means that everything's included in the rate (breakfast, internet, etc).

When I've filed LNFs for Fairfileds where the third-party rate said "run of the house", I've had no problem.

If you were to see a "run of the house" rate at a full-service property (where nothing's free for non-elites), well, then, that could be quite a different story.

What can be more significant is the room type. I've had LNFs turned down because a third-party site said "standard room" but the Marriott site's lowest rate was for a specific bed configuration. One site that shows "run of the house" also sometimes plays games with room type naming, and that is what you have watch out for (and perhaps "guide" the LNF team in the "comments" of your claim).

Btw, the thread for how LNF works and how to best use it is:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/marri...rsion-brg.html

General questions about LNF are best asked and answered there. Thanks.
