Is this legitimate of phishing?
Research participants needed
Marriott International would like to recruit you for upcoming research studies.
As a participant you will receive compensation for your time.
We are looking for people:
Between age 18-65
Have web experience (any level)
Travel at least 3 times a year
Research Times
Weekdays typically during business hours, typical session is 30-60 minutes.
Research Location
Marriott International Corporate Headquarters, Bethesda, MD
Upcoming Research Dates
February 13 and 14
March 5,6 and 7

Did you get it in an email?
I did a Google search on that email address and the only result was a withdrawn craigslist ad for volunteers in MD area.
And the name in your post refers to a marketing person located somewhere in DC

I would say it's legitimate...
Marriott HQ is in Bethesda, MD as far as I know...So that person probably works in Bethesda and lives around the DC area.
They probably tried to do a CL ad first and when that didn't return enough volunteers or they are expanding it into a bigger study.
