Dates for rolling tier sweeps?

Dates for rolling tier sweeps?
I'll make my 50th night at MR properties in the last 12 months on February 7th so I should be elevated from Silver to Gold. I've got several Mariott bookings to make shortly thereafter and would like to make them after the system recognizes me as a Gold. In reading the FT threads on MR's rolling tier it seems they "sweep" about every 2 weeks for status bump ups - probably on weekends. Does anybody have an idea as to the upcoming sweep dates?

I'd check after that weekend has passed. Look at your account on Monday 2/11; if your stay has posted but you didn't get the bump, call MR and see if they'll do it manually. That probably means it's the following weekend when the sweep occurs.
Is the only reason you're waiting to make your other upcoming reservations until after that passes is because you want to ensure you get the higher points (25% bonus vs 20% bonus)? I'd check with MR, but I was under the impression that the bonus amount was based upon your status when your stay posted, not when you made the reservation.

FYI, Marriott upgraded me from gold to Platinum today as I had passed 75 nights in the past 12 months, so you might want to check your account and see if they upgraded you too.

So the rolling 12 month program showed packet upgraded today (Monday) and showed euromann upgraded last Monday. See this link to the thread Marriott Platinum Yearly Upgrade. Hmmm, a pattern perhaps.
So to the OP, you will be upgraded to Gold the weekend after your Feb. 7 stay POSTS to your account. You don't need to call or do anything; it all happens automagically.

The experiences of packet and euromann confirm what Rewards_Guy said here. Sweeps occur every Monday for rolling tier qualification.
I should hit Plat on in a week (Monday) as I stayed my 75th night this past weekend.
