Anyone else having problems with their nights posting?

For my last three stays of this year, my points have posted, but no nights have posted. A call to to MR did not yield any results. They agree that the nights are missing, but have no explanation as to why, or how to fix it.

I am waiting on stays from last week of December and one from last week. I sent an email to Marriott CS. Still waiting on their reply or update on my account

My account is still listing the number of nights I had in 2007. The nights I have spent in January have earned me points, but I'm still waiting for the counter to roll over to 2008. Anybody else having this problem?

This is not a problem - this is normal at year end.

Last year the nights switched to current year on 14 January.

I'm in the exact same boat. I have three stays this year that I have not received credit for and they are not reflected on my account.

I'm up to five nights this past year that have not posted. If they stop posting on December 31 and start again on Jan 15, as someone implied, what happens to all the early January stays?

The stays after December 31 are still posting, but the night counter has not been reset for 2008 until today. If you pull up the activity detail for January 2008, you should see every point activity (earning and redemption) that has occurred since January 1.

I logged on today (January 13), and the counter appears to be reset.

Even more importantly, I am PLT Premier for 2008....

My counter has been reset to ZERO, but I am still waiting for one stay from the last week of December to be credited towards last year, for both points and room nights. Fortunately, I do not need either for my Platinum status. Yes, since the upgrade/downgrade (depending on how you look at it) of marriott.com, the posting of room nights and points has been sluggish at best or PAINFULLY slow at worst. I plan on calling Marriott Rewards this coming week to complain. I have complained before about the new website configuration not working properly on a host of issues, I am going to complain louder now. Anyone here who has been unhappy about the performance of marriott.com or MR should call in to 1) Marriott Rewards, or 2) Customer Service, or 2) Mr. Marriott's Office of Consumer Affairs to complain. Maybe call all three if you feel that you are receiving lip service as an answer when you call the first or the second.

Looks like this could be an annual occurence. I logged on this morning and noticed that a stay I had from Monday - Thursday last week posted and gave me points, but that my counter for number of nights remains static at my 2008 activity. Guess I'll wait another week or two before making a call.

Assume you all have this same issue right now?

Same here. My points from last week posted but not the nights. Not worried though because I felt the same thing happened in past years as well.

I think am in the same boat too, points for my stay this week have posted but no updates on the nights (still showing my nights from last year)...also on a separate note the Platinum package I got (assume a lot of you did too) said that the elite bonus for Platinums is being increased to 50% starting this year but my last stay yielded only 30% like the usual...any thoughts?? (whack me in the head if I didn't read the platinum package properly

Hello,

The Bonus points on hotel stays for Plat members increase to 50% beginning January 15, 2009.
