Maybe someone from that CY saw the posts about how horrible you think CYs are, but how you enjoyed your stay at that one. They wanted to let you know that they are still thinking of you.

Not positive on this property, but 2 courtyards I have stayed in offered 500 Point Welcome Bonuses (in one case didn't tell me). Keep in mind US properties are not required to do this or anything.
