One thing I noticed - if your stay started in November and ended in December you would see it for the month of November.

I've noticed the same thing. Days/points are listed correctly but activity sometimes takes a day or two to catch up.

Ditto for me as well. I could not figure out why a prior stay was not listed in December, even though the points had been credited. It makes sense that they would base it on the check in day.

How long should I wait?
Had a year end stay (paid with CC) 12/30-1/1/08 and has not posted to my account.
How long should I wait before calling MR?

I have seen Marriotts outside of North America take a bit longer for nights/points to get credited. So it might take a little longer if your stay was not in the US or Canada.

My Marriott stay in Rome started 12/31/07 and ended 1/02/08.. however, due to Italian law, they had to "check me out" on the 1st and recheck me in only to recheck me out on the 2nd.. I got credit for 2 stays.. :-)

Do you mean to say you are a Plat and got 2 Plat arrival gifts?? Otherwise MR doesnt count Stay credits like HH or SPG, just nights so some how you ended up with more then 2 nights credited to your portfolio?

perhaps I should've clarified that I got an extra "stay" for the Stay 3, get 5000 points promo.. I was already at 13.. I assumed I would not get the 15th.. But with this little "gift", I did.

Charged twice (award points) for a 2-night stay
Latest posting showed MT charged me twice for a 2-night stay. I used award points. They charged me at the time of booking (that's what MR a;ways does), then at check-in, I was charged again.
Have to call Monday to get the record corrected.
First time this happened. Not sure if it is "web system" related. Has this ever happened to you?

This is probably a result of the Oct 2007 Marriott reservations system downgrade. Your award certificate for your stay was probably not connected to your reservaiton so they issued another one since your reservaiton did not have an award certifictae associated with it. After the downgrade you had to call Marriot and have them connect the award certificate to your reservation. Of course the only heads up on this was a warning when you view your reservation online. When you call Monday they should be able to straighten it out.
