Missing Reservation
Last week I made a reservation for the Courtyard. My credit card nenver got billed so I went to check the reservation and it's now in my view history. When I called the 1800 # it was missing as well.
Any advice?

did you get a confirmation number?? The 800 number will not be able to find it if it is past the date of the reservation.

did you provide reservations with your MR #? They are able to search by that
