Looking for feedback on Execustays in NYC

First off Yes I did do a search for previous topics so please do not flame.

Myself and 2-3 other team members are going to be on a project in NYC through end of Feb and are considering going the Execustay route. I am looking for any feedback people may have about the Chelsea, Aurora, or Executive Plaza locations. Any insight, warnings, praise, tips, etc...would be appreciated. We are not locals and just want to make sure that we pick the right space for us.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Where are you working right now? The subway in NYC is quite convenient but walking is even more so. Wintertime in NYC can get pretty chilly though so you'll want somewhere close if possible.

I'm in the city now for a 5-week gig, tried to get into the ExecuStay in Chelsea but it was booked up completely, so I ended up with a place from Signature Properties (The Atrium, on Bleecker) - not bad at all, though I would have loved the Marriott points.
