Rare Response to Thread by Marriott GM
Because it's almost unprecedented, I though it would make sense to point out the below thread to those who may have missed it. In it a Marriott GM responds to complaints, and actually fixes one. Very nicely done by the GM.

Nice to see more Marriott folks on here, though of course then they'll learn all our secrets!
I actually wonder if other GMs are reading these threads. I posted back in April about a stay at the Courtyard Glenridge/Perimeter in Atlanta with a less than glowing review. 3 days after posting, I got an email from the GM asking about my stay. It was the first and only time I've ever been contacted by a GM regarding a stay after checking out. It wouldn't have been hard to figure out who I was based on the timing of the stay, my platinum status and the fact that I use my first name in my user name here.
Perhaps there are more Marriott folks out there then we think.
