Converting Miles to Points
as a newbie, I need some advice! I have 47k Delta Skymiles, 24k American miles, 25k US Air Dividend Miles and 82K United miles. What is the easiest way to convert them all to Marriott points? Due to a job change, I fly only Southwest now, so these miles are collecting dust....thanks in advance!

I don't think any of the programs you mention have any direct way to convert miles into Marriott points. I would guess that even if you are lucky enough to find a 3rd party conversion route, that you would get extremely poor transfer rates.
You're probably be better served looking for ways to get another 1K miles in your AA account and possibly 3k miles into your Delta account. That should get you to some usable point levels. And then even though you aren't travelling those airlines any longer, that shouldn't stop you from using your already earned points for free flights. And given that you don't need very many miles on any of the carriers, it shouldn't take much on your part (i.e. a low cost MR flight, sign-up for a CC, use an already received CC, etc.)
Also, one last thing, I do believe that posting the exact same information in multiple forums is frowned upon. You might want to PM a moderator in one or the other forum and have them close/combine one of them for you.
