Writing a letter to Marriott?

I am not certain I am asking this in the correct place.
Can anyone tell me who I can write to concerning a stay at a Marriott, it was one of their Vacation Club Hotels, not sure if that make a difference in who to write to?
Thanks so much.

I would recommend starting with the properties General Manager but if you're still not satisifed then by all means use:

J. Willard Marriott Jr.
Chairman/CEO
Marriott International, Inc.
1 Marriott Drive
Washington, DC 20058

You will probably have to call Marriott to get the GM's email address as they don't seem to want to publish those on the website anywhere.

When you suggest the Prop. GM would that be a manager of the hotel I stayed in or all Marriotts?
Also, who would I call to ask for this address?
Thanks again.

It would be the General Manager of that particular hotel. Give Marriott Reservations a call. If you are an elite member, you can call the number on the back of your elite card. If not, go to the Marriott website. You should be able to find the general reservations number there.
