I was just working on some reservations. Oddly, some I could see, some I couldn't see - getting the system is down message. Seems I could look at older ones. The reservations I had made earlier today, via plat line were not coming up. Happened around 7 pm cst and again at 10.

I've got this same message back on Sunday and Monday, but haven't seen it since. It doesn't seem to affect making reservations, just viewing ones already created.

I had a similar problem about a month ago. I was told by web support that it was a known glitch that if you had "too many" (don't know what that number is) reservations booked, you wouldn't be able to see them. They didn't know when they'd have a fix. Not sure if this could account for the problem you're having.
