Weird Rate

Weird Rate
I am looking for a room in Columbus from the 30th of September to the 4th of October. I did a search and came across the following rate: "***Special Presale Booking Rate*** (King Size or 2 Double Beds) Free Parking, Free Transportation to Airport & Easton Town Cntr " for only $109 a night. I am assuming this is an advanced purchase rate, but when I click on the rate rules it is blank. Very odd.....Has anyone seen a rate like this before?

I haven't seen that before, but if you go through the booking process (before you give up your CC number), it should tell you what the cancellation & prepayment policies are.

I recently stayed at the Hollywood, FL Marriott on something similar. It included parking, breakfast, etc. and was quite a savings over the other rates. Since the rate comes up with a general search of the property and not by use of a special code, I would think that it is usable by anyone.
I might suggest making the reservation and see if you see any other rate restrictions on one of the reservation confirmation screens. If the reservation is still valid and Marriott allows you to actually make the reservation you should be OK.
