... & it's a Cat. 4 (!) due to being in a resort town.
It's a pretty typical Fairfield Inn. I walked in in June & they wanted $97 buxanite or so. So I got a better room & facilities at the Ramada @ $54 AAA rate ($60 regular Sun.--Thu.)

Actually, I enjoyed my stay there last fall. The staff were great as usual, if it was an older FI I couldn't tell. It had all inside entrances and had updated decor. I booked in the Summer a stay in early September. Even though I booked at the summer rate, the CSR changed my rate at check-in to reflect the lower off-season rate that had began the weekend of the stay.

The only drawback, and it is a resort hotel so it could happen at any other resort hotel, was a loud group of families together who allowed their children on our floor and upper floors to run the halls which became annoying.

Breakfast was typical FF but definitely not skimpy, and the breakfast area was large enough to get a seat in.

Overall I would recommend.

Thanks, I saw some disturbing reviews (one about some fecal matter on a bed ) at this hotel, so I was very un easy. From everyone Ive talked to and the vast majority of the reviews, I think I will go ahead and stay. I figured I recieved a pretty good rate anyways (We will be staying for the first weekend of Holloweekends at CP, so $89 w/t including breakfast is a steal around there)....
