CY with an Executive Lounge!?
I was looking up the CY in Chennai, India and saw that they have an executive lounge and apartments.
Are there others that have these or is this an exception.

I had a 4 night stay at the Courtyard in Chennai It was the best Courtyard stay I have ever had.
The hotel was originally going to be a full service Marriott, but the government refused the pool permit, thus taking away Marriott status.
The hotel has everything, except a pool room service, a great lounge, 2 restaurants, a great bar, meetings rooms, and a health club.
Overall a great experience.

CYs outside of North America tend to offer more services and perks than those here. (Along with smaller rooms!). There are a few FS Marriotts with no pool. Rare, but you can find them.

The pool issue was something I was told by the manager no pool, no Marriott.
As far as the rooms go, at this property they were the same as a normal CY.
