Same problem here, and wasted a total of 45 minutes between hold time and going through unhelpful (and unaware) associates before reaching someone who actually knew there was a problem going on. The mobile app on my phone works fine, so if you've got the mobile app and need to do something online with Marriott, you might try that.

I wish Marriott would post that they are having technical problems on the website sign in page. My bank publishes a notice when they are experiencing problems. That would have prevented many of us from resetting our password or worrying about the security of our account. Marriott appears to be always implementing 'enhancements' to their website.
