Anyone else having a problem accessing their reservations on the Marriott website? Message below has been popping up since the weekend...must be just me as I have not seen any mention of it here.
Our Reservations System Is Temporarily Unavailable If you need immediate assistance with reservations you may call 1-888-236-2427 from within the USA or Canada. If you are calling from a location outside of this area, please consult our worldwide reservation directory for the appropriate number.

I have had the same problem for the better part of a week. It says the service isn't available and lists an 800 number. I can log into my account just fine, just cannot see (or modify) any upcoming reservations.

I reported this on another thread. I noticed it last Sunday - called Marriott Web support - they say they updated some software last Friday and took down the error and reported it to their web developers.
I urge everyone who experiences this problem to call and let them know how widespread the probem is.
I have so many reservations, I have to log in to check on them. I really need that feature back!

Oh my gosh, this is killing me...a week and still no resolution...I called the web customer service number and they are just moving too slowly for me...this is pathetic when you have at least 50 reseverations that need to be actively monitored.

Interesting -- in two respects:
1. I have had no problems at all looking up my reservations, and I use several different computers to access marriott.com. I wonder why not?
2. I don't have 50 pending reservations, but I have 20 or so. Why do they have to be "actively monitored"? In my experience, a reservation, once made, seldom changes in any way. Now if your travel plans are constantly changing, that's another story altogether.

That's it Bruce...they change weekly and often times I make reservations at multiple properities in different cities as I am never 100% sure where I will be...Marriott says it's an isolated incident with primarily Platinum members but it is awful...my brother is a platinum and I can pull up his reservations page on my computer with no problem but not mine...oh well..
