point posting issue

I stayed at the Renaissance LAX using a legit corporate code (I work there) and one of the benefits was 2X points. the rate was good so I jumped on it.

It took me to submit a copy of my folio to finally get the stay posted and when it did, it only posted the regular base points and the 30% bonus. It didn't even post my plat amenity even though I requested it in my faxing of the folio

So I write to MR cust service and they tell me that the 2X points expired at the end of Jan. Well my stay was late Feb. It was on the confirmation and to make matters even more in my favor, I was able to find numerous dates in March where the rate code still showed 2X points.

I've written to MR and submitted copies of all of the above and they still won't post my 2X points..

what would be my next recourse?

thanks

I've only been to that office once but typically it's like any office building with a receptionist at the front keeping track of all visitors
