New preferences
Marriott gave us new preferences for our profile, such as extra towels, extra pillows, local paper and refrigerator.
I've only seen sporadic delivery of these preferences, not sure of the point if they do not fulfill them.
Maybe it's just me.

Careful: some properties charge for some of these "preferences".

Also, some hotels will not be able to provide all of the preferences either. That's why the Guarantee only applies to room type (smoking/non) and bed type.

No doubt not part of the guarantee, but you would think 'extra towels' would be easy to do.
Actually the funny part is that the one thing I get the most is a ref (for free).
Maybe it's just me, but if marketing tells you here are some things we'd like to know about so we can provide them, you'd think they would provide them at least some of the time.
Obviously my expectations are too high.
