Is it me or is it Glasgow?
Am I exremely unlucky, or does the Marriott Glasgow have the worst record in the known universe for getting award points posted correctly.
This year they are running 100% on failing to get the points posted without me having to raise a missing stay request and 50% on getting the points wrong when they do post.
I've just spoken to the MR help dek about the latest from Glasgow (780 BPs for a GBP 75 bill on one stay. No double Visa Bonus and No Plat Arrival Bonus on another;- both of these on bills I've had to raise a missing stay request for mind you), and the agent said something along the lines of "You're not the only one to have problems with the Glasgow Marriott".
The Hilton across the road is a tad more expensive, but looking very attractice at the moment.

I must have been lucky, I had two stays there this past June and both posted correctly.

I think it must be me.
I stayed again in mid december. When checking out I made a point about miles not posting and was assured that there was a note on file to make sure that my points posted.
Guess what:- no points. Hilton here I come.
