Question regarding Hawaii hopper reward code 563
I have reservations using reward certificates that I made online, in reviewing the details for this promo, it says to make reservations on the phone.... do I have to make the reservations on the phone or will my online reward reservation be ok?

You should be fine.
However, with something this important, I would call Marriott just to verify that I have all my paperwork in order, just to give you peace of mind. Make sure to order the paper certs if you haven't alreay got them in hand.
Also, when you call, confirm that you do/do not have upgrades reserved, and get the proper upgrade certs ordered if necessary.
Better to confirm your details through Marriott than to arrive at the hotel and be surprised.
Have a great time!

I confirmed availability online for the reward, and then called to actually make the reservation. It was very quick and painless...

I used one this summer and made the reservations on-line, but a quick phone call couldn't hurt to be sure.
