Stayed this weekend Fri-Mon, it is now Friday following week. How long does it typically take to post points?

If the MR number is on the reservation, I have seen them post to my account typically within a week.

Assuming US property, less than two weeks but sometimes more than one week. The suggestion to verify your MR number is on the folio is well put. (I am assuning you are talking about a conventional reservation. They've pretty well closed off all the third-party channel loopholes that used to leak through).

The quickest post I have seen is two days.
The slowest post is, of course, never. Time to fax in the old hotel receipts!
The posting times I have seen given are either ten business days, or two to fourteen business days. And up to four weeks for hotels outside the USA.
