Smile Please check my math. Is this ok?

I confirmed with Platinum customer service that I am signed up for these two promotions. Does anyone see a problem with my math or me doing this? Thanks

1 - Renaissance Promotion received in the mail 2,500 points for first stay and 2,500 points for second stay at a Renaissance.

2 - Summer Promotion is 5,000 points for every third stay.

I will be staying at the following in Toronto:
Courtyard 12th and checkout the 13th
(500 Points Platinum Gift)

Renaissance 13th and checkout the 14th
(500 Points Platinum Gift) 2,500 Bonus Points

Courtyard 14th and checkout the 15th
(500 Points Platinum Gift) 5,000 Bonus Points

Renaissance 15th and checkout the 16th
(500 Points Platinum Gift) 2,500 Bonus Points

Total Points not including the stay points = 12,000 points Correct?

I don't believe that the 500-point Platinum gift option is available at Courtyards.

From the T&C's -

The Platinum Arrival Gift 500 bonus points option is available only to point earning Marriott Rewards Platinum members staying at participating Marriott Hotels & Resorts and Renaissance Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Members earning miles can not choose the 500 bonus points.

As of June 2, 2003, the Platinum Arrival Gift 250 bonus points option is now available only to point earning Marriott Rewards Platinum members staying at Courtyard hotels located outside of North America.

So Courtyard definitely appears to be out. I am still looking for exactly what it means by "participating Marriott Hotels..."

You are correct, it is 250, not 500.

if these are different properties you are hopping between then you should be fine-if they are the same and you are checking in and out of the same hotel you might want to reconsider as there may be a glitch.
