Anyone heard of the Tlati Program
Has anyone heard of Tlati Inc of Tampa?
I rec'd a 3 night stay (platinum plan - has nothing to do with status) from work at any of about 250 plus domestic Marriots and like two in Canada and two in Mexico.
It has a form to fill out requesting location and dates (can be any 3 day period subject to blackouts) at least 30 days prior to arrival. Upon confirmation, you get a cert to present at check in. It included b/f for two, includes room taxes, and use of Marriott on-property facilities like health club and pools..
I am using it at the Anaheim Marriott later this summer.
I'm Plat and My question is:
Will I get stay credit for these three nights? My guess is NO
Will I get points for my incedentals?
Will I get upgraded based on Plat status?
If there is a lounge, will I get access based on plat status?
thanks

Don't think it's a timeshare pitch - I think it's a rewards programs for employees (but I may be wrong). Here's their website: http://www.tlatipromo.com/ (click on the proceed here link to view the actual info - although it's minimal).
I doubt you'd normally receive Marriott Rewards points for it as I'm assuming it's a prepaid stay & the company, Tlati, is paying for it (or rather whomever you got it from is paying Tlati to pay for it). If you enter your Marriott Rewards number in the reservation, it can't hurt to try to get it.

Bhatnasx is correct, its paid by the company I work for, heck I was taxed on the value of the award. It does appear that the company I work for paid Tlati for a bunch of these as they have been giving them out for years except this is the first one that I have rec'd and the other people I know haven't redeemed theirs yet. So I'm the guinea pig on this
