Mega bonus points posting
Do the mega bonus points normally show up on the Marriott rewards statement online with when the hotel stay points post, or will they all post at the end of the promotion?
I.e. I've just had points post to my account for my second stay (which is eligible for 2500 Mega bonus points), but the 2500 points have not been added.

For both myself and my wife (who were on different MegaBonus promos), the points posted as soon as you earned them.
In your case, you're probably on the 2500/stay - 10K total promo.
After the first (no bonus) stay, the room points and the bonus should post at the same time. If you're not getting them, call SLC to make sure you're registered. Or, just check on that from your account page.

The main trouble with viewing account information online is that in the current incarnation of the website, points are broken out into three categories.
Megabonus promotion points appear in the bottom category. It's very easy to overlook (especially since everything used to be displayed in a single list, by date).

I just had my second 5K added as soon as my 6th stay. (5K for every third stay) Deposited 10K during this promo! Bring on a new one!!

I preferred the W14 & X14 promos of 2002-03.
For 3 stays: 2 free nights >> 5000 points.
