Odd Elite Question Silver/Gold
I apologize in advance if this quesiton has been previsouly asked and answered, but I can't find the answer.
A couple of years ago, I got a Gold Lifetime Membership and a new card with Lifetime stamped in the expiration area. Today, I recieved in the mail a new Silver Elite Card (I didn't have enought nights for Gold last year). Does this new silver card overide my Gold Lifetime Status? Should I just keep showing my Gold card when I travel?
Interestingly enough, the website still shows my status as Gold.
Thanks for all of your advice.

dctravel,
Might it be possible that you recently applied for a Marriott Rewards Visa card? If so, it could be that a second account was opened in your name. That would explain why you received a different card even though you are a lifetime member.
If that is not the case, please forward me your Marriott Rewards number and I would be happy to do some research.
Thanks,
Chris
