Marriott & Mastercard?
Marriott issues a Visa card and enjoys running promotions with Amex. Seems MasterCard now wants a little bit of the action...

"MasterCard International today announced that Marriott International, Inc. will participate in its enhanced hotel folio data program.
"...Marriott is committed to delivering the highest quality product and service to our customers," said David Townshend, senior vice president, Marriott International Global Sales Organization. "Therefore, rather than adapt an existing system, we've invested in a purpose-built technological solution that is designed to deliver complete, accurate and timely transmissions. We're excited to join MasterCard in providing this offering through their enhanced hotel folio program."
Appears to simply be an initiative by MasterCard to expand its "Hotel Folio Data" program and corporate card. Still, wondering if their boardroom discussions with Marriott covered more than just an expense-tracking solution...
