Lowest Rate ever?
What is the lowest rate you have ever booked a Marriott hotel at? I once had the FI San Jose Airport for 45 bucks.

I regularly stay at an FI at $30/night. I'd rather not say where. 
Been doing it for about a year (>125 nights). Beats PL -- in fact, that's what I based my offer on.

Well, I once booked a Marriott in Orlando for $1.34/night, but I knew it was an error, and really had no intention of using the reservation.
Marriott later changed my confirmation to reflect the $134/nt correct rate, and I promptly cancelled the booking.

My record low is $39/night at a low-end Marriott-family hotel (can't remember which brand). It was a special weekend-only rate.

My lowest was $36.00 for a Fairfield. Not the lowest in this thread, but I got to it by talking to the manager (and staying 1-3 nights a week).
Point is: sometimes you can get a better rate than on line or calling and talking to desk person.
(Counter point - Another FI would not budge on a rate of $69.00 that I could get over the internet.)

Counting offsets, -$16. I stayed in the Ontario, CA airport Marriott in early July for one weekend night at a rate of $84. But the OTP Bonus Bucks promotion gave me a $100 cert at check-in which I used for a later stay elsewhere.

I had a $98 weekend rate at a Metro DC property with a $100 Bonus Bucks cert and breakfast for 4 ($12ea) net -$50

Best deal I have ever encountered was for a 22 night stay including New Years week from Dec. 27, 2003 to Jan 18, 2004 at the Vail Marriott Resort and Spa $105/night booked 11 months in advance. Normal rate was $389+/night.

Throwing in Bonus Bucks sounds like cheating to me, but I'll give you one of those, too. Last year, I stayed at a Courtyard in Gaithersburg, MD, at a $69 weekend rate that earned a $100 Bonus Bucks certificate. In addition, they failed to give me a Platinum arrival gift, so I got $50 cash from the front desk manager. My net cost for the night was -$81, ignoring taxes.

I've got a four night stay at the Breckenridge Mountain Lodge booked for the first week of April, $60 a night+ tax with the MOD code, $10 a night when I apply two bonus bucks,

$39.50 at Des Moines Savery Renaissance Hotel 10-1-04
Stay at this hotel for a phenomenal rate of $39.50 "BUT" it's travel industry rate. Wonderfully nostalgic turn of the century hotel in downtown area. Great staff and Sunday brunch.

In terms of full-service Marriotts and Rens, it's hard to beat Phoenix in the dead of summer. I've gotten as low as $59 at the Scottsdale Renaissance. (Though I actually book the Tucson suite with the margarita package just to bump up the rate to $99 and get more points...nothing the company would red-flag on my expense report!) 
You can even get in Camelback for under $100, though it's hard to do.
