I end up staying at CDG about 5 times per year. When the Courtyard opened, I tried it and switched from the Hyatt. The hotel was very nice, clean and well -run.
I am reconsidering my opinion after this last trip. It seems that they are trying to maximize return. The free shuttle has been replaced by the 5 euro rt shuttle. And they have added hotels that share the shuttle. What used to be a 15 jaunt, now is 30 minutes. And if you are lucky you will a get a seat. Also, on this trip, the first shuttle didn't even stop to let me get on. So it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes checkout to airport. It used to be about 20 minutes when it was free. The difference can be devastating if you are tight on time.
Just wanted to post this warning.
