Folio pdf corrupted

Is it just me...? For my last four stays (at four different hotels), the pdf folio that comes via e-mail has been corrupted/can't be opened by Adobe Acrobat. I've tried it on four different computers and tried to open it both within a browser window and directly with Adobe (both the reader and full Acrobat) but without success anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?
CO-PLAT and Peter DeNigris like this.

By chance do you have a bad network connection on the system that downloaded the email? Do you use exchange or IMAP? If so log on via web browser and download it manually. Silent data corruption on bad networks is a real thing.

No... four computers, four networks, some Android (mobile), some Windows... they literally don't display on any device I own.

No idea then. Have you tried some application that is not Adobe? Also tired saving to local disk instead of opening in email. After that I am out of ideas. Good luck. I am not having the problem and use both Windows and Android.

Sorry I could not help. hsn

Thanks for trying... I have tried all of that already with no luck. Oh well, I guess I'll just keep going to the front desk each stay.

That's horrible! Have you tried calling the hotels and asking them to push a new one to you?

Every hotel? No, it's a system issue... but I do request an e-copy every time I check out and whatever they do to push it out at check-out also results in an unreadable/corrupted file.

I had a problem where they sent me a folio that said zero dollars because it was a prepaid discount stay. They were able to access a different folio that actually showed what I spent (you know, for my damn expense report!).

I would call them and ask them if they're able to print a copy and do an old-school fax to you.
