First, I am seriously allergic to down and even had to go from a hotel via amblulance because of a reaction. Playing games with my request is out of the question. What happens when I check in and am told there are no foam pillows?
Second. in the two times I really needed an UG I called ahead of time and it was granted.
Third, my UG percent is actually quite high so I never ask/beg with those two exceptions and often find a full suite awaiting me.
