No points and night credits posting
Has anyone had any trouble with points or night credits posting of late? My last three stays over the last three weeks have not posted. Normally, points and nights posted within 24-48 hours.

Did you file the online requests for missing credit?
I find this to be a property-specific problem not a general corporate issue (not having issues here in past few weeks).

Checked out of the Renaissance Brussels on August 8th. No credit and filled out online form on the 18th with the folio. No response, so I filled it out again on August 28th. Still no response. I have also reached out to the property, but nothing.
