Transferring Marriott to SPG Problems

Transferring Marriott to SPG Problems
I'm trying to transfer Marriott to SPG, but when I am at the calculator box screen, it says I have much fewer points to transfer than my existing balance.
I.e. I have 200k in my account, but it only says that 20k is available for transfer. Does anyone know what's going on?

Do you have points you've received through Marriott Vacation Club? If so, those points are not transferrable between Marriott and Starwood.
