Terrible Experience at The Omaha Marriott

I live in Omaha. 1. I'm surprised this property still has a MAR flag. It's not a bad part of town by any stretch, but the demographics that require a full-service just aren't there anymore. 2. The staff training makes me wish that Marriott had more O&O properties so as to maintain control over training. 3. I don't care if you're a meth-cooker wanting a room at the Council Bluffs Roach Motel, if your money's green, you don't deserve to be lied to. There are no new hotels in the area (One Towneplace 5 y/o within a mile), let alone full-service.
