E-Cert information removed from marriott.com?
This morning I logged into my Marriott account to check on the e-certs for three upcoming rewards reservations. The reservation detail page was different than I have seen in the past and there was no information regarding e-certificates. After searching on-line for a few minutes I called the PP desk to have them check the reservations and order certificates where necessary. It seems like an odd choice for Marriott to take what was self service and change it to a task where a phone call is required.
Have others noticed this change? Is there really no way to check on e-certs on Marriott.com?
