It is not just down but having all sorts of issues. First I was offered a birthday deal, then it said it was an error. I called and the first agent hung up on me because he did not believe me. I called back and the next agent looked into the situation and said I was the 3rd person he had talked to that day with the same issue. Today I found that I now have the birthday promo. However, my husband's account is a mess. He has not been given all his points for several stays. In one case, he was supposed to get 5000 bonus points and, while they showed, they did not actually post. Our stay in March is nowhere to be found and some Oct points just posted today! Calling Marriott is awful so I am thinking that they are messed up trying to merge and still keep up with their own side. As for us, I think we will trip on over to Hilton until Marriott gets its act together. SHAME!!! :(

I checked out last Thursday, but haven't seen and nights or points post. Easter issues?? Anybody seeing this? Thanks

I'm in the same boat. I stay at a Marriott weekly and generally check out on Thursday and the pts always post on Sat around 1 pm for me. It's late Monday and I still haven't seen my last weeks stay. I'd give it a few more days based on the outage they had.

Me too - checked out Thursday, April 13 and points haven't posted. Previous week I checked out on the Friday, Apr 7 and those points DID post so I'm going to wait a few more days too. Glad someone posted this on FT so that I know I'm not the only one

Because I maintain the exec lounge sticky, I got some invite to be part of a group on Marriott Insiders re: exec lounges. Except I get error codes when I try to log in LOL.

I finally called Marriott, and the customer service person manually posted my points from two recent stays. However, she had to call the properties to verify that I had actually stayed.
