How long does it take to post?

I stayed at the Renaissance Austin last week and checked out on Wednesday. It still hasn't posted to my Marriott Rewards account. My MR number was on the reservation - the app prompted me to check in and check out on my phone.

How long does it take to post? They also haven't emailed me a copy of my bill, like it said they would in 72 hours.

My recent experiences with Marriott full service properties (MI & Ren) is they take longer to post, typically 7 to 10 days. Limited service properties FI, CY, and RI tend to post faster (e.g. within the 72 hours). I'd give it 10 days and if the stay still hasn't posted then file a missing stay form.

One other note, if this was part of conference or other group booking it can take even longer to post until the entire group conference bill is settled.

This. In recent years I'm used to waiting a couple of weeks for points to post if I stayed to attend a conference, which is a lot of my travel. Agree that if not a group booking then give it 5-7 days to post.
