Map with hotel locations?

Is there a map feature that shows all Marriott hotels regardless of a search city? Like google maps when you browse but in this case highlighting Marriott hotels that are located on the map without a search city?

The search feature on the Marriott web site has a map showing the hotels in the approximate area of search city, but only those that are in relation to the search city.

Just for grins I pulled up Google Maps and did a search for Marriott Hotels and got https://www.google.com/maps/search/m.../data=!3m1!4b1
This should do it for you. Zooming in on a particular area will get you more granularity of what's available.

Thanks! Exactly what I was looking for.

Had the same question before and was told by a concierge that such a map does not exist. The google maps results shown above are not complete - i can immediately spot two missing, so safe to assume there's more...RI Seattle South and FI Puyalupp...

No system is going to be 100%. It does appear there is a resolution issue with areas that have several properties. Doing another search being more specific does call up those properties you mention.

I'm sure any list of properties for a chain will have properties that no longer belong and missing new properties being added. Add to that the inconsistent property naming scheme, it's easy to see why some will be skipped. As I recall, there is a Google Maps API that will allow you to feed it your own list of locations and it will populate a map for you.

Here's a link to a Google Earth kmz file that shows several hotel chains. 10,000+ hotels total. File hasn't been updated in a couple of years but still useful to me.

If the link doesn't work, Google "CCSV_WorldWideVerifiedHotels"

You can sort of do it on the Marriott site, but only state by state (or country by country) and it is cumbersome to do.

If interested:
Go to the "About Marriott" section, "Our Brands", then just chose a brand (does not really matter which), and click on "hotel directory". In the next screen you'll have the options to add the brands you want to the search (this is the cumbersome part), and then just click on the state or country you want and chose map.

I have not figured out a better way of getting there.

That isn't true. For example, do you think there are (operating) Marriott properties that are not listed on their website? I'm quite sure 100% of them are on marriott.com.

1) Marriott doesn't operate all their flagged properties.

2) There are properties joining and leaving MI all the time.

3) IT changes are not at the top of the priorities for MI.

We are all entitled to whatever fantasies we wish.

It is true. OP was about a map that displays all hotels regardless of search city, which marriott.com does not do.
