Santa Fe properties
Will be going to Santa Fe in June to meet family. Wondering which property would be best for 3 adults? None of the reviews are very positive! At least at the R.I would have a kitchen but the Courtyard had better reviews but can't seem to find any info on the breakfast prices. Am plat but probably doesn't matter there or is breakfast comped?
Thanks

I've only stayed at the RI, so I cannot compare.
My thoughts on the property for you are this; it has a lot of space (seemed bigger than most other RI I've stayed in) so for three adults it might be nice. You didn't say how long your stay was, but that might be a consideration. The property's a little worn, but not decrepit. It actually seemed like the kitchen was updated however the rest of the room was not. Breakfast buffet is on par with other RI (better than SpringHill in my opinion, but not by much).
If you plan to use the kitchen, there is a grocery store along with a few restaurants nearby. If it's closer to where you need to be location wise, I'd say book it unless you really want the 10 points/dollar at the Courtyard

I stayed at the CY back in 2011. It's an interesting arrangement where the doors lead directly outside, so if it's hot, you might sweat a bit going to breakfast. They upgraded me to a two bedroom suite, which was a good room. Can't speak about breakfast, though, because I didn't eat there; I'm pretty sure they didn't comp it due to status or I would have done so. In short, average Courtyard.
