Which airline to convert points?

I've decided after a series of events (IHG renewing platinum status and ambassador status after almost no stays last year, a recent horrible stay at the marriott west palm beach and the recent devaluation) to convert my 250k rewards to an airline and cancel my card. Most of my travel is domestic so southwest seems most logical plus I will guarantee companion status for another year. Any reason to consider a different airline domestically?

I personally think the Southwest companion pass is the best deal going domestically. And, for 250k Marriott points you get 100000 southwest points plus a 7 day Marriott level 5 hotel stay. That is probably what I would do
