I have emailed them 4 times in the last month and have yet to get a reply. Am I using an antiquated address?

Try PM'ing Marriott Concierge & see if you get a response. Note that MC works M-F, so you won't get a response on the weekend.

I've PM'ed MC a couple of times in the last month or so but haven't heard back. In the past they always got back to me and were extremely helpful.
I'm guessing Marriott has decided to make MC a one-way communication channel.
