Marriott in Honolulu?

My fiance and I will be in Honolulu 4/17-4/19 while finish up our honeymoon and we are looking for a hotel for those 2 nights. By looking on Marriott.com, I believe my choices to be the Renaissance Ilikai Waikiki Hotel or the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. This stay will be on points and we want your opinions as to which is the better place to be. Thanks for the help.

Welcome to FT!

Suggest on Oahu instead of Honolulu you look at the JW Ilihani at KoOlina, away from the city in Honolulu but a truly gorgeous hotel and beautiful lagoon beaches.

Ditto on the JW! Been there twice and loved it. If being close to the action is what you want it's not for you as it's out of the way but it's a beautiful, quiet hotel...

I triple Ditto! The JW Ihilani is a beautiful property. I think you will enjoy your stay much more than being in the city.
