AYS above and beyond
Just a quick note of thanks: upon checking into the Marriott City Center tonight in MSP (3rd month in a row of weekly 3+night stays) I found a birthday card from an At Your Service rep, Kathleen, on the desk. It is a wonderful gesture, and tremendously appreciated. Not sure how they knew, but I will simply be appreciative.
They seem to have better memories (or databases) than most of my relatives!

I take it ALL back!
After dinner, stopped by the lobby bar, and one of the regular bartenders mentioned they had asked someone "on high" (my quote, not theirs) if they would give me a suite as a present. Instead, I have a corner angle room with a stall shower sans tub, didn't notice earlier.
Not even a place to put shampoo where it won't fall over.
To top it off, a pair of MSFT newbies have far better rooms than I do, doubt they spent 75 nights in hotels while in college last year. Slightly disenchanted
