EEO. What does this mean?

EEO. What does this mean?
This is probably something simple, search did not bring up anything clear. The phrase "does not participate in EEO" came up when I used the M11 code for the Waikiki Beach. Rates are pretty good but I do not want to book until I know what this means.

EEO = Elite Exclusive Offers. A search on EEO in this forum should give you the 411 on this.
