Dallas Area Category 3-4 Hotels?

Dallas Area Category 3-4 Hotels?
I will be traveling to Texas later this month for a family vacation (wife and kids-7 and 9 yrs old). I plan to visit the Dallas area and I would like to use my Take 2 Promotion certs before they expire on 6/30. Does anyone have any recommendations/feedback on a Category 3 or 4 hotel in the Dallas area? I really don't care which part of Dallas we stay at as long as the hotel is nice and clean. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is a nice one (Cat 4). It's relatively close to downtown.
